Susana is a scientist; she has been carrying out research in HIV/AIDS for 12 years. She holds a PhD in HIV immunology from the University of Oxford, where she has also taught. She also holds an MBA from Oxford SAID Business School completed under a Skoll scholarship. She has worked at the DPKO, UN.
