Susana is a scientist; she has been carrying out research in HIV/AIDS for 12 years. She holds a PhD in HIV immunology from the University of Oxford, where she has also taught. She also holds an MBA from Oxford SAID Business School completed under a Skoll scholarship.  She has worked at the DPKO, UN. Susana is now teaching Business Sustainability at the MBA Catolica/Nova in Lisbon and developing projects in West Africa.

Molly Hellerman is originally from the Chicago area. She graduated from Wellesley College and the Harvard Business School. Molly has worked as a financial analyst in the US and UK.  And, for the last several years has used her MBA and sports background (collegiate and professional) to apply business practices and “on-field” knowledge to non-profit leadership roles. Molly is currently the Director of SportsChallenge Leadership and Education Alliance, a non profit which uses sport as a tool to develop and empowers student leaders from diverse backgrounds.
